Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements. Some orders may require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipment weight, fulfillment location, and delivery destination.

FREE Standard Shipping is available on eligible U.S. shipments for orders of $75 or more.

Free shipping applies only to qualifying products and shipping methods. Orders containing products from different fulfillment locations may incur additional shipping charges, even when the total order value is $75 or more.

The minimum order amount for eligible free shipping is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

All applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping origin, destination, and carrier.

Certain standard shipments have an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days after processing and shipment.

Other products may have shorter or longer delivery times depending on their fulfillment requirements.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you experience issues tracking your order, please contact us for assistance.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages or on different dates.

Shipping charges for applicable shipments are calculated and displayed at checkout.

No additional shipping charges will be collected after purchase solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely shipping and delivery, unexpected delays may occur.

If your package has not arrived within its estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@jmurbanlab.com.

If we are unable to ship an order within the applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, including accepting a revised shipping timeframe or canceling the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays, failed deliveries, or additional carrier charges.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@jmurbanlab.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of damaged merchandise or packaging when available.

J&M Urban Lab will investigate the issue, coordinate with the appropriate shipping carrier or fulfillment partner, and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when warranted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
